Customer Satisfaction Comes First
We deeply value your trust and satisfaction, which is why we take utmost care in delivering high-quality silver jewellery. However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, you may request a refund. Refunds are only applicable if the issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with proper photo or video evidence. Once the issue is verified, we will offer a suitable resolution—this may include a refund, replacement, or store credit based on the case.
Items Not Eligible for Refund
Please note that not all items are refundable. Custom-made jewellery, engraved pieces, and products purchased during sale or promotions may not be eligible. We also do not accept refunds for change-of-mind purchases or items that have been used or damaged after delivery.
Refund Process & Timelines
If your refund request is approved, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. For Cash on Delivery orders, the refund will be processed through UPI or bank transfer after we receive your details. Alternatively, you may choose to receive a store credit for future purchases, which never expires.
